Privacy policy
In short: we use no analytics tools, advertising pixels or third-party tracking. We only receive personal data if you send it to us yourself, for example through the contact form.

2. Hosting and server log files
The website runs on a server of Contabo GmbH, Aschauer Straße 32a, 81549 Munich, Germany, under a data processing agreement.
With every visit the server automatically stores technical data: IP address, date and time, the page requested, the referring page, and browser and operating system. This is necessary to deliver the website and protect it against attacks (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR / UK GDPR). Log files are not combined with other data and are deleted automatically at regular intervals.
3. Contact form
When you send the form, we process the data you enter: first and last name (optional), email address, phone number, subject and message. The form plugin also stores the time of sending, your IP address and browser details to prevent abuse.
We use this data only to answer your enquiry and prepare a possible offer (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and in our legitimate interest in handling correspondence and preventing spam (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Providing the data is voluntary, but we cannot reply without your email address and phone number.
Your message is saved in the website’s database and emailed to our mailbox, which is hosted with Google Workspace (Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland). We delete the data once it is no longer needed for your enquiry, unless a contract or the law requires us to keep it longer.
The spam protection in the form (a simple maths question) runs entirely on our own server, without any external service.
4. Cookies
We set a single cookie: pll_language remembers the language you chose (valid for one year). It is strictly necessary, contains no personal data and is not used for analytics, so no consent is required. We use no analytics or advertising cookies.
5. Fonts, photos and videos
Fonts, photos and videos are hosted on our own server. Your browser does not connect to Google Fonts, YouTube or any other external provider.
6. Transfers outside the EEA
Four Free LLC is based in the USA. Data is stored on a server in Germany, but we and Google may access it from the USA. Google LLC is certified under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework; transfers are based on the European Commission’s adequacy decision and on standard contractual clauses.
7. Your rights
You have the right to access your data, to have it corrected, deleted or its processing restricted, to data portability, and to object to processing based on legitimate interest. Just write to legal (at) twojhotel (dot) com.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority, in particular in the country where you live or work (in the UK: the Information Commissioner’s Office).
We do not make automated decisions or create user profiles.
8. Changes
We update this privacy policy when the website or the law changes. The version published on this page applies.
